My name is Palmer Woodberry, and as a type 2 diabetic, I identified a widespread problem and created a sustainable educational framework to address it.
I created the Insulin Smart Plate System™ because I saw firsthand how many people living with Type 2 diabetes feel overwhelmed, discouraged, and trapped in a cycle of confusion about food, blood sugar, and long-term health.
After experiencing my own transformation through balanced nutrition and lifestyle changes, I realized that many people are not failing because they lack discipline, they are failing because they lack simple, sustainable guidance they can actually apply in everyday life. The Insulin Smart Plate System™ was created to bridge that gap.
My mission is to help individuals and communities better understand how to build balanced meals that support healthier blood sugar levels, improve quality of life, and create long-term lifestyle changes through practical education, not fear, restriction, or unrealistic dieting. I believe food education should be simple, accessible, and empowering.
